An integrated network of streets, open spaces and buildings forms the framework of the Springfields Master Plan. The design concept incorporates clusters, streets, chowks and neighbourhoods as newly interpreted from the cultural traditions of Delhi. The Plan organizes the residential community within a series of three building clusters, each defined by a crescent of towers of varying heights to create a dramatic skyline.
