The approach to designing these combined stylistic techniques for iconic construction, as well as cutting edge, sustainable technological interventions to ensure maximum efficiency.
The site programme comprises of offices of varying floor plate sizes and scales of operations. The focus, to a large extent, was put on developing common facilities in order to create a place where one could truly live, work and play, as opposed to the mainstream market approach of building factory like corporate built conditions for maximum (and questionable) productivity.
Facilities such as street shopping were provided to create a more holistic and vivacious public space, hence creating a cohesive complex instead an island of isolated and anonymous buildings.
